Thank you for shopping with Simple Money Studio.

Because the products sold on this website are digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and the file has been delivered or made available for download, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted.

Digital products

All products sold through SimpleMoney.Studio are digital products only. No physical items will be shipped. By purchasing a digital product, you understand that you are buying immediate access to downloadable content.

Refund eligibility

Refunds are not offered for:

Change of mind.
Accidental purchases.
Lack of use after purchase.
Failure to read the product description before buying.
Incompatibility with software or devices not listed or supported.
Download issues caused by customer device, email, internet, or storage problems.

Exceptions

A refund or replacement may be considered only if:

You were charged more than once for the same product.
You received the wrong file.
The file is corrupt or cannot be accessed, and the issue cannot be resolved.
There is another clear technical problem caused by the store.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact info@simplemoney.studio within 7 days of purchase and include your order number and a description of the issue. If the issue is verified and cannot be resolved, a replacement or refund may be issued at the store’s discretion.
