What do I receive after purchase?

All products from Simple Money Studio are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped. After purchase, your files are delivered electronically through the store’s digital delivery setup.

How do I access my files?

After checkout, you should receive access to your download through the store’s digital delivery system. If you do not see your files, check your email inbox, spam folder, and order confirmation details first.

What file type will I receive?

Products are typically delivered as PDF files unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Can I print the products?

Yes. These products are designed to be printable for personal use. You may also be able to use them digitally if you prefer, depending on the product and your device or app.

Will anything be shipped to me?

No. Simple Money Studio sells digital products only. Shopify treats digital products separately from physical products, and no shipping is required for them.

Can I use the products more than once?

Do you offer refunds?

Because the products are digital downloads, all sales are final and refunds are generally not offered once access has been provided. If there is a technical problem with your order, contact info@simplemoney.studio within 7 days of purchase.
